Whoa, whoa, whoa, liberals. Slow your roll.
Maine Republican chairman Charlie Webster says one little thing about the “dozens, dozens of black people who came in and voted on Election Day [but] nobody in town knows anybody that’s black” – and suddenly everyone is calling him a racist. Maybe he just didn’t know that was legal now!
Well, before everyone jumps to conclusions, Webster would like to set the record straight. He’s not racist. He knows black people:
There’s nothing about me that would be discriminatory. I know black people. I play basketball every Sunday with a black guy. He’s a great friend of mine. Nobody would ever accuse me of suggesting anything.
Not to mention all the tacos he eats with his Mexican gardener on Thursdays!
*We know you’re not discriminatory either. We bet you have lots of Asian friends – and undoubtedly they would love nothing more for the holidays than a nice math textbook. My programmer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on several websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net.
