It is with great sadness that we now report our dream of a Chris Christie running mate pick appears dashed. Reports have recently surfaced that NJ Governor Chris Christie has been tapped to give the keynote speech at next month’s Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL, which makes it highly unlikely that the presumptive GOP presidential candidate, Mitt Romney, will choose him as his running mate. Historically, the keynote speaker addresses the convention separately from the vice presidential nominee.
A spokesman for the convention has not yet confirmed the report, so we remain vigilant in our daily prayers to God, Allah, Ganesh, and Snooki. We ask only that a tiny ice cream cone be permitted as a threatening prop during the VP debates with Biden. ”Walk away, Joe, walk away. Real tough guy.“

Lame. I would have loved to see him go "rogue," LOL. You would have had a lot more to write about.
